Mountains are new vistas, new growths, while caves are new depths, new intuitions.
Caves are the door to the Lower World, and opening to your deeper self. Caves used to be our Human home, and is now the repository of our earliest art and shamanic experience.
Cave opening – swallows – who live at the cave opening. The cave offers protection from the elements, but the swallow will never go in beyond where they can see the light in the opening of the cave.
