White is the reflection of all colours (black is the absorption of them).
Half of the Yin/Yang, white is an energising energy, often representing purity and peace. In Western cultures, white is a bridal colour, for rebirth and renewal, whereas in Eastern cultures, white is the colour of death – for the same reasons – rebirth and renewal, the returning to Source.
An animal which is White is a Spirit Animal, or the Source Animal of its tribe. Some sources, call it the Chief of its Tribe. To see a white animal is to see the very essence of that animal and its medicine.
