The split between male and female is classical Jungian archetype of integrating the female intuitive and the male rational aspects of your intelligence and spirit. The joining of Shiva (male) and Shakti (female) is essential for the kundalini to flow through your physical, mental, emotional and spirit bodies. It shows a balance of personality and spirit which gives you an opening to new learning, great doors are opening.

In my tradition, when the sun and moon balance in the sky, they form a gate, thought which you can transcend and evolve to the “next level.” In the Indian tradition, both Shiva and Shakti must be present – manifesting downward energy (Shakti) and transcending upward energy (Shiva) must dance together to create wholeness in an actualized being. Each place they dance and touch, becomes a chakra, generating energy and light in the various facets of your Self. You fully became this being.
